Shanghai Wonzigene Biotechnology Co., LTD., as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oriental Gene, focuses on the development, production and sales of liquid chip technology platform related products, and is one of the main participants of this successful conference.

The automatic flow fluorescence chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer combines flow fluorescence and chemiluminescence technology, which can be used for single tube and multi-index joint detection, and can also be used for single index detection. The analyzer effectively integrates the two technology platforms, realizes the flexible combination of joint detection and single detection, and ensures the detection speed of high throughput, and the detection speed can reach 3500T/H. The analyzer can automatically absorb samples, react, detect, report, clean injection needles and pipelines according to the set program, and can query the progress of experimental projects and experimental results in real time. It has filled the gap of adopting quantum dot coded microspheres and automatic high throughput liquid immunoanalyzer based on completely independent intellectual property rights in our country.

Liquid biochip technology is a new detection technology, in which fluorescence coded microspheres are the “core” of multi-index detection. Considering the monopoly and blockade of coded microsphere technology in foreign countries, Li Wan-wan’s team in Shanghai Jiaotong University took the lead in putting forward the preparation strategy of quantum dot fluorescence coded microsphere by membrane emulsification method. Quantum dot is the star luminous material that won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2023. It has strong optical adjustment ability, pure luminous color and high efficiency, which can significantly improve the coding ability of fluorescent microspheres and obtain more than 100 kinds of coding signals. At the same time, the fluorescent microspheres obtained by the membrane emulsification preparation strategy have uniform and controllable particle size, and a variety of biomolecules can be connected to the surface, which lays a solid foundation for high-throughput multi-index detection. After the breakthrough in the preparation of the core coding microspheres, based on the characteristics that the fluorescence coding signal of quantum dots can be excited by the same excitation light, the team of Shanghai Jiaotong University and Zhejiang Oriental Gene successfully independently developed the only fully automatic liquid biochip system using single laser technology in the world.
